We're hiring for our Burger Shop in Nolensville!

Body: 

We are located at 515 Burkit Commons Ave, just 1/2 mile south of Concord Rd. 

Available Positions:

- Burger Shop Team Member - Part Time

Pay: minimum $10-12 (hourly + tip sharing)

- Burger Shop Shift Leader (18+) - Part Time

Pay: minimum $12-14 (hourly + tip sharing)

Burger Shop Team Member

We are seeking fun, motivated, outgoing, and high energy individuals to join our team as Team Members with the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, high volume, team-oriented environment! We will provide you with all the tools necessary, with hands-on training and a structured path to grow your career.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work to provide high-quality food while serving at a high volume
  • Seek new responsibilities within the restaurant in order build experience
  • Master skills at all work stations
  • Keep the work, service, and guests areas clean
  • Care for our guests with excellent 'Hoss'pitality

 

Requirements

  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Open availability
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or fast food establishment is a plus
  • Self-motivated achiever, interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities

 

Burger Shop Shift Leader

 

Shift Leaders are the leaders and organizers for each shift. They work along side our team members, assisting with all tasks each shift, while keeping the team focused on excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities

  • Have an active role in the overall success of each shift
  • Handle all customer service issues calmly and courteously
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to make sure tasks are completed quickly and correctly
  • Open and close the burger shop efficiently
  • Make sure all safety procedures are followed
  • Count down the drawer and make daily deposits

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Previous shift leader or management experience is a plus
  • Open availability
  • A desire to excel in a leadership role
