Focusing on high quality ingredients, we partnered with Porter Road Butcher to create a custom blend of ground beef from locally-sourced and humanely-raised cattle. Our juicy patties are crowned with delicious, bakery-fresh buns from Nashville's own Charpier’s Bakery. And, our made-from-scratch sauces paired with unique cheeses and toppings create burger flavor profiles that you can’t find anywhere else.

Our Burger Shop opened on the northern edge of Nolensville in February 2019. We took advantage of the additional kitchen space and expanded our delicious food truck cheeseburger and fry menu to include draft beer, chicken tenders, many different side items, and creamy frozen custard treats for dessert.
The Hoss’ Loaded Burger food truck has been featured on many “top food truck” lists like 2018 Nashville Scene Best of Nashville, Thrillist, The Guardian, and Eater Nashville. They have been featured on The Cooking Channel’s Eat Street, Today in Nashville, and Talk of the Town. They have finished in the top 3 for multiple years of the Nashville Lifestyles “Battle of the Burger” competition, and they were rated as the #1 “Thing To Eat In Nashville Before You Die” by Thrillist.
