Dallas Shaw created Hoss’ Loaded Burgers in 2011 because he saw a need for delicious “Juicy Lucy” style, cheese-stuffed burgers in Music City. Focusing on high quality ingredients, he partnered with Porter Road Butcher to create a custom blend of ground beef from locally-sourced and humanely-raised cattle that includes many different cuts of beef and just the right amount of fat to provide a flavorful and juicy burger. Continuing the focus on flavor, Dallas uses made-from-scratch sauces and pairs them with unique cheeses and toppings to create burger flavor profiles that you can’t find anywhere else. And no burger would be complete without a bun from Nashville’s own Charpier’s Bakery. Their buns are sturdy enough to keep the burger juices from soaking through, but light enough to allow the patty and toppings to be the focus of the burger.
The Hoss’ Loaded Burger food truck has been featured on many “top food truck” lists like 2018 Nashville Scene Best of Nashville, Thrillist, The Guardian, and Eater Nashville. They have been featured on The Cooking Channel’s Eat Street, Today in Nashville, and Talk of the Town. They have finished in the top 3 for multiple years of the Nashville Lifestyles “Battle of the Burger” competition, and they were rated as the #1 “Thing To Eat In Nashville Before You Die” by Thrillist.
