New April Burger

Every April, The Sherry burger comes back on the menu and, for one month each year, we feature our original menu from when we first started back in 2011 (Old Timer, Hoss, Big Easy, and Sherry). The Sherry is hard not to love. We sautee the portobello mushrooms with some minced garlic, then we add some Sherry wine and let it reduce until the mushrooms are packed with flavor. When you add them to the soft goat cheese and creamy buttermilk ranch, the flavors all complement each other and make one delicious burger.
